How can I book my shoot day?
Following your booking via Stripe you will receive an email from hello@lierre.co.uk from either Naomi or Danielle. We will share shoot availability and lock in a time that is mutually suitable.
Where does the filming happen?
The shoot day happens at Creative Content Studio based in Thatcham, West Berkshire. the address is Thatcham House, Turners Drive, Berkshire, RG19 4QD.
Is parking available?
Yes! Parking is available in a dedicated car park outside of Thatcham House. Please park in the spaces immediately outside of Thatcham House.
The building is shared with other businesses – you can find us in Suite 21.
Do you offer refreshments?
Yes! We offer tea and coffee with oat milk. If you’d prefer another plant-based milk, please let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
We do not serve dairy products.
What time should I arrive for my booking?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for setup.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes! Our team will be on hand to assist with equipment setup and ensure your session runs smoothly.
Can I bring guests or a co-host?
Yes! When booking, you will be able to select which recording set you’d like to use, based on your needs. Each set accommodates a different number of people, with a maximum of 4 people per session.
How long is the process from booking to having my content ready?
The standard process takes roughly 4 weeks from start to finish but this may vary depending on shoot day availability and the complexity of your brief for the content you want to capture.
An example timeline can look like this:
- Receive a briefing questionnaire at booking to complete with your content goals, branding info, target audience details, offer or topics to cover
- Scripting for your 10 clips with 1 round of amends included up to 2 weeks depending on complexity
- Shoot day 90 minutes at The Creative Content Studio
- Video editing and social post copywriting - estimated 2 weeks depending on complexity
Can I request changes to my edited content?
Yes! We allow one round of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Do I own the content created in my session?
Yes! You own full rights to all content recorded during your session.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
